Dear Parents and School Community Members,
I am pleased to report that the steps taken earlier this week are resolving many of the connectivity issues at school. We have additional plans to improve the WIFI service and want you to know that it is likely we will have to move to all-remote learning for several days late next week, so that our tech staff can work on the network. We will update you when we have more information.
I also want to emphasize the importance of ensuring the health and safety of our community. For any student who is on the hybrid plan, a parent must complete the daily screening form before the student gets on the bus or is dropped off at school each morning, even if the student’s cohort is not in person that day or we are on an all-remote day. The form cannot be completed the night before. It must be done in the morning. The one exception is that parents do not have to complete a form for students on full-time remote instruction.
Our teaching staff continues to work incredibly hard to make this the best possible educational experience for our students. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation, flexibility, and support.
Very truly yours,
George P. Alexis
